If you know the name of the person who introduced you to Simplexity Health, you can search for him or her using the "Name," "Business Name," or "Alternate Names" options.
If you do not know anyone by name and would like to find a sponsor, you can choose the "City," "State," or "Zip" options. (When searching by zip code, surrounding areas can be included in your results by using the zip option with only the first two or three digits of your zip code.)
