My boyfriend started using Simplexity’s Essentials about six weeks ago. Since then, we have slowly been increasing the amount, to four extra enzymes and four extra Alpha Sun capsules. I started taking Super Blue Green Alpha Sun in October 1995. By April 1996 I noticed that the occasional upset stomach I'd had over the years WAS NO LONGER UPSET!
