In 2003 a "Miss Tibet" pageant was started in Dharmsala to help emphasize
the fact that Tibet is its own country, and has its own representative. The
international press (including CNN and BBC) covered the story. Sheri helped
out behind the scenes, and was the make-up artist and emcee for the event and was the vocal coach for the girls. |
