Simplexity Health is eager to support the field by offering local area opportunity meetings and trainings in cooperation with Independent Business Associates who are actively working to increase their network membership.
Meeting Format

Hosting
Each meeting will have an Independent Business Associate host who will serve as the point person for the event and be responsible for the following:

Communicating with the Home Team
- Providing information and answering questions for other Independent Business Associates and prospective attendees regarding the meeting, logistics, and directions
- Taking registrations (for both guests and existing IBAs)
- Working with the Home Team on venue logistics and set-up
- Promoting the event to guarantee that minimum attendance requirements are met
Number of Attendees
15 minimum (for VP Marketing & Sales to facilitate and train)
30 (for VP Marketing & Sales + one other trainer)
50 (for VP Marketing & Sales + two trainers)
Venue
The IBA host will provide the Home Team with three potential options, including cost and availability. Appropriate venues can be, but are not limited to, hotels, community meeting rooms, health center meeting rooms, etc.

The Home Team will pay for the meeting venue, provided minimum attendance is met. If the minimum attendance numbers are not met, the IBA host will split the cost with the Home Team.
The venue must:

Accommodate the expected number of attendees
- Provide AV capability to project PowerPoint presentations on a screen and, depending on attendance, provide sound equipment for microphones
Promotional Logistics
Once the venue is selected by the Home Team, the IBA host will work with the Home Team regarding information needed to complete a promotional flier (PDF). The Home Team will provide corporate e-mail announcements and region-specific e-mails to support attendance.
The Home Team will split the cost of local advertising with the local IBA host. All promotional activity will need to be determined and approved mutually between the IBA host and the Home Team.
