GENERAL INFORMATION
Products
Currently, five products are available in Mexico: Alpha Sun® 120 capsules, Essentials, Super Q10, StemPlex®, and SBG Zymes® Plus. There are numerous support materials available, as well as an Independent Business Associate Kit (IBA Kit) and a Quick Start Package.
Pricing
The products are priced similar to the US prices; the currency exchange rate will be fixed for a certain period of time and adjusted quarterly. Prices also include VAT (sales tax).
Compensation and Sponsoring
The Compensation Plan for Mexico is exactly the same as the plan used in the United States. Bonus Values for the products are also the same, which means that cross-border sponsoring is possible and permitted. When an IBA signs up someone in Mexico, the person will go directly into that IBA’s downline, and volume will be accrued just as if the IBA signed up someone in his own city. Commissions will be paid in Mexican pesos at the same exchange rate at which the product was purchased.
REQUIREMENTS TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN MEXICO
- Persons wishing to sign up as an IBA in Mexico must provide a Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) number, an official tax ID number similar to a U.S. Social Security Number (SSN).
- To sign up as a Preferred Customer, a USD $40 wholesale AutoShip is required.
- Retail customers pay retail prices, with no further requirements.
- While a tax ID is not required when creating a Preferred Customer (PC) or Retail account, an RFC (Registro Federal de Causantes) is necessary when someone requires an invoice; we cannot deliver an invoice without this information. This policy applies to anyone—customer or distributor—who buys Simplexity Health products in Mexico. The RFC is a number that any person or company can obtain from the Mexican Internal Revenue Service (IRS) offices; the RFC card contains a personal or business name, address, and ID number.
When to Contact the Mexico Office
If a person is going to use a Mexican tax ID number, lives in Mexico, and/or wants packages shipped within Mexico, the person should contact the Mexico office.
When to Contact the USA Office
If a person is going to use a Mexican tax ID number, lives in Mexico, and/or wants packages shipped within Mexico, the person should contact the Mexico office. The primary language spoken in the Mexican Customer Service Call Center is Spanish.
USA or Canadian Independent Business Associates may call the Mexico office to sign up Retail Customers, Preferred Customers, or IBAs. ** Be aware that the parameters for credit card use and methods of payment in Mexico may vary. If you have any questions, please call the US or Mexico Customer Service offices.
