Annual Renewal with Simplexity Health


Annual Renewal is a new policy in our compensation plan in which Independent Business Associates must renew their IBA status with the company by the anniversary date of their joining Simplexity Health. It is a standard procedure in the network marketing industry to keep databases up-to-date via an annual renewal fee. An annual renewal fee of only $20 ensures that your Independent Business Associate status will remain active for a full year!

What happens if you choose NOT to renew your IBA status?

Alternate Customer account options

Any IBA always has the option of changing to Preferred Client status. Changes to your account status must be requested personally through Customer Service at 800.800.1300.

If you have an AutoShip and do not renew your distributorship, the company will assume you still want to receive product and will automatically change your account from IBA to PC status. However, you will be subject to a Preferred Client renewal fee of $20 to retain your PC status. The PC renewal fee will be waived if at least $500 of product is purchased within a 12-month period based on the date the account changed to PC status. (In other words, you will not be considered a "grandfathered" PC.)

If you do not wish to pay a renewal fee or change to PC status, you can become a retail customer and continue to enjoy the benefits of Simplexity Health products and order at your leisure by paying retail prices. If an IBA takes no action to renew his or her account, it will automatically be changed to retail status.

Why IBAs without a downline may want to consider renewing their IBA status

It's never too late to start creating a business! If an IBA would like to have that option in the future, it may be in his or her best interest to renew and keep any possible qualifications accrued on the account. Or, if an IBA places a large order one or two times a year, he or she may actually qualify to earn Enhanced Retail Commissions on those orders, which makes continuing the IBA status worth it.

How to renew your account

We offer a convenient online renewal option that is available in your back office and our online store, or you can call our friendly Customer Service department at 800.800.1300 to pay your annual renewal. Annual renewal fees can be paid up to one month in advance of your anniversary with the company.

You must renew your account with the company directly. An upline member may not renew a downline member's account for them. However, upline members are welcome to pay for their IBA's renewal as long as the IBA renewing is present at the time the account is renewed.

Online information to track renewal status

IBAs can find their anniversary date posted in the Account Summary page of View My Network once they've logged into My Simplexity. In View My Network, the company will also color-code IBAs who are up for renewal during the current month in red.

We still strongly encourage IBAs to connect with their downline IBAs. In our continued efforts to support your success, the company will reach out to those IBAs who are up for renewal via email one month before renewal is due and via telephone during the month in which renewal is due.

Special note for Canadian IBAs

Because Simplexity Health ships products to Canada under the Personal Use Directive, the annual renewal policy does not apply to IBAs residing in Canada. The company will automatically process annual renewal for Canadian distributorships at no charge to the IBA.
