Simplexity Health is pleased to be able to ship orders to most locations outside North America using either Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail through the United States Postal Service. Simplexity Health offers this service to our current Independent Business Associates who happen to live overseas or have family and friends living overseas.

Your options for placing an international order are as follows:

• Visit our link to International Ordering. This will take you to a page that provides the guidelines and shipping information for international ordering. Fill in our International Order Form and submit your order.
• If you live in the United States or Canada and wish to ship an order outside the United States or Canada, and do not want to order online, simply call our toll-free order line (800-800-1300), or send a fax to our toll-free fax line (800-797-8228).
• If you live outside of the United States or Canada, you may submit a Customer Service form to ask questions or to check on an international order that has already been placed. You may also phone 541-883-8848 or send a fax to 541-884-1869.

• Simplexity Health has a 90-day return policy. For all return shipments, the purchaser is totally responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as any duties charged for re-entry, and the return must occur during the 90-day period. Any such charges incurred by Simplexity Health will be deducted from the amount credited for the return.
• Depending on the destination, additional charges may be levied at the time the package reaches its destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance, duties, taxes, or any other charges, are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Orders over $150 will be shipped via Global Express Mail and include tracing capabilities and insurance.
