We have three types of customers at Simplexity Health:

• Preferred Customer. Join as a Preferred Customer ($20 enrollment fee) and save 20% on product purchases; plus earn a $20 instant rebate on your first order! PCs pay a $20 renewal each year to continue their discount status. Renewal is FREE when you purchase $500 product in a 12-month period.

• Independent Business Associate. If you're interesting in sharing Simplexity Health products with others and are looking for a way to earn extra income at the same time, you can register as an Independent Business Associate. To sign up as an Independent Business Associate, you'll have to purchase an Independent Business Associate kit for $40 or either one of our deeply discounted Quick Start Packages.

• Retail Customer. If you'd like to try our products without becoming a Preferred Customer or Independent Business Associate, you'll want to choose our Retail Customer option. As a Retail Customer, you're able to easily order Simplexity Health products as often as you choose, paying our suggested retail prices.

If you are registering a new account, you will need a sponsor. Who should be your sponsor? The person who introduced you to the products should, in most cases, be your sponsor. If you do not have any contact with any Simplexity Health Independent Business Associate who could serve as your sponsor, we will be happy to locate one for you.

International Policies

• Simplexity Health has a 90-day return policy. For all return shipments, the purchaser is totally responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as any duties charged for re-entry, and the return must occur during the 90-day period. Any such charges incurred by Simplexity Health will be deducted from the amount credited for the return.

• Depending on the destination, additional charges may be levied at the time the package reaches its destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance, duties, taxes, or any other charges, are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Orders over $150 will be shipped via Global Express Mail and include tracing capabilities and insurance.
