Simplexity Health uses both United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) in the United States.

UPS is currently the only shipping option for Canada. Please see our Canadian rate chart for all packages being shipped to Canada.

For international packages, Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail is used. (Please see our Guide to International Ordering for additional details.)

Rates for shipping in the United States are determined by both the value of the order and the shipping zone. (For those who have a monthly AutoShip, the shipping rate for an AutoShip totaling $100 or more is $9.00, with orders shipped via UPS Blue. Those who wish to choose a different shipping method for AutoShips will need to pay the full shipping rate for that method.)

If you don't have an AutoShip, you can call our order line at 800.800.1300, and one of our agents will be happy to calculate the shipping charge. Or, to determine the shipping charge yourself, follow these steps:

1. Decide which products you want to buy, and calculate the value of your order, including any tax.
2. Determine the shipping zone of the location where the package will be sent by referring to our zone chart.
3. View the rate chart, using both the package value and the shipping zone, to determine the shipping charge.

If you are shipping a package that must arrive the next business day, the order must be placed via the order line (800.800.1300). Please keep in mind that UPS is the best option for next-day delivery. Express Mail, offered by USPS, has a very limited range for overnight packages, though two-day delivery is guaranteed via Express Mail to most locations (including Saturday and holiday deliveries). We do not list Express Mail rates since they are calculated by the weight of the package rather than by the value of the package.
