In this business you need to remember to keep it simple and basic. In every business there are certain activities, which, if done correctly, will produce good results, and Simplexity Health is no exception. In Simplexity Health there are four basic activities:
And that's all there is to it. Initially in your first year of business, you need to sell a lot of products in order to build a solid first line group of Preferred Customers (excellent source of residual income). You need to do a good job in following up with them (calls, newsletters, e-mails on health tips.... etc.) so you can turn them into life-long happy product consumers. As you are creating a core of consumers, your personal group volume will grow, and ideally should be kept above $3,000 every month. As you sign up Preferred Customers, slowly direct more and more effort into finding and recruiting business builders. So, in your first year of business, you want to sell products to consumers and find business builders. When you have a solid core of consumers who produce $3,000+ in product sales every month, you can then devote most of your recruiting activities to finding business builders plus training and providing leadership for them. If you find yourself frustrated because your check isn't growing, and you are spending a great deal of time "doing" the business, examine your activities and you'll most likely find that you're concentrating your efforts on just selling products and signing up consumers. Remember, only with business builders will your business rapidly build up your income level. In a nutshell, in your first year of business spend 40% of your time recruiting product users, 40% of your time recruiting business builders and 20% providing training, leadership and support. After your first year, spend 70% of your time recruiting business builders, 10% of your time recruiting product users and 20% providing training, leadership and support. Always keep it simple and basic. |
