An Independent Business Associate is someone who has purchased an Independent Business Associate kit and has submitted a signed Independent Business Associate Agreement. Since simpleXity is a network marketing company, you must register with a sponsor. You can have as much or as little interaction with your sponsor as you want. Some people just want to place an order and have no involvement with a sponsor. Others appreciate the opportunity to work with a sponsor to receive assistance, encouragement, and support in building a business as well as to get helpful product and company information. Just let your sponsor know your wishes when he or she contacts you. | ||

All orders shipped to Canada need to be individually reviewed to ensure that they are in compliance with the Personal Use Directive issued by Health Canada. SimpleXity will review the order, and if there are no problems, the order will be placed. If there are any concerns, we will contact you to resolve that concern. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. For those ordering on the last day of the month, you are encouraged to place orders early enough on the last day of the month to allow time for the order to be processed and for any challenges to be resolved. It may be helpful if before placing your order you review the guidelines for Canadians. If you are already familiar with the guidelines, you may want to refer to the list that outlines the quantities of our nutritional products that can be ordered during each quarter of the year, per the Personal Use Directive. All other International orders can be handled by contacting Customer Service at 800-800-1300.
