Weekly Bonus

Registering with our $300 Quick Start Package (worth over $400) instantly qualifies you for the Enroller First Order Bonus (EFOB) whenever you enroll an IBA or PC. For every new IBA and PC that you enroll, you can earn the EFOB of 35% on their first order up to $300—that is a $105 bonus! You can also earn a 15% EFOB on your second level IBA and PC enrollments too!

Monthly Bonuses

Being on a monthly AutoShip Package has its benefits! This qualifies you for the AutoShip Enroller Bonus (AEB). The AEB will pay you 10% on your directly enrolled (E1) IBAs and PCs and (depending on your title) 7% on your indirectly enrolled (E2) IBAs and PCs based on their monthly volume.

For each calendar month in which your personal, PC, and retail sales total $500-$999 in Personal Retail Value (PRV), you receive an additional 5% Enhanced Retail Commission (ERC) on your total PRV for the month. When your PRV reaches $1,000 or more, your ERC commission increases to 10% (twice as much commission!).

Monthly Commissions

Every month, you can be eligible to earn passive, residual commissions based on the IBA, PC, and retail sales of your group.

Unilevel Bonus: simpleXity’s Pay Plan provides commissions based on the Bonus Value of each product up to five active levels in your downline.

You Generation Bonus: Once you reach the title of Associate Director, your own Personal Bonus Value (PBV) and the PBV of every IBA, Team Leader, Associate Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager until reaching another Associate Director in your organization are considered collectively as your You Generation, on which you qualify to receive a You Generation Bonus of 1%.

Generation Bonus: As an Associate Director, you begin to qualify for Generation Bonuses of 2% on up to six generations in your network. Generation Bonuses are paid on unlimited depth until another generation (Associate Director or higher ranked IBA) is found. This continues down to the maximum number of generations for your Paid As* title

Check Match Bonus: When you reach the position of Associate Director, you will be eligible for Director Enroller Check Match Bonuses of 5% to 20% of the bonuses earned by every IBA titled as an Associate Director or higher whom you have personally enrolled. As long as you maintain the position of Associate Director or higher, you will qualify for the Check Match Bonus.

Directors’ Cruise

Earn your ticket** to the Directors’ Cruise by being qualified to be paid at your Director title in 9 of the 12 months of the qualification period. In addition, for Regional Directors and higher, be qualified to be paid at your Director title in 9 of the 12 months of the qualification period and earn free round-trip air travel with your cruise. The Directors’ Cruise qualification period is from June 1 to May 31.

* Paid As: Independent Business Associates who achieve a title and then do not continue to meet the maintenance requirements of that title will be paid at the title for which they meet bonus qualifications for that specific pay period.

**Tickets are good for the qualifier plus a non-IBA guest.

Commission Payout

*This example assumes that each step is completed in one commission period. The IBA is qualified for a First Order Bonus and is on a personal 100 BV monthly AutoShip. Each PC is on a 100 BV monthly AutoShip. The new IBAs enroll with a 300 BV Quick Start package and begin a 100 BV monthly AutoShip the following month. Strategic Placement is not applied. Average Earnings Disclosure for the period August 2008 to July 2009: 29% of SH IBAs are active (earning income), with an average monthly earnings of US$153.96 and average annual earnings of US$1847.56. 8% of SH IBAs who are active (earning income) earned more than US$300 per month.
