Terms & Conditions for Returns
- Check your order carefully. Please notify Simplexity Health within 48 hours of any possible error by calling 800.800.1300.
- Simplexity Health offers a generous 90-day return policy on most of its nutritional products. Alert Sun has a 30-day return policy.
- To receive a refund, unused products or empty bottles must be returned to Simplexity Health.
- Any product received by Simplexity Health after the 30-day or 90-day return period will not be refunded or returned to sender.
- No refunds will be issued by phone.
- Because of the commission structure, Simplexity Health has up to 30 days to issue a refund.
- For same month refunds, the entire order must be returned. We do not issue same month refunds the last 4 business days of the month.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Support material, including the Independent Business Associate Kit, is not refundable or exchangeable. Any such items received by Simplexity Health will not be returned to sender
- Refunds are issued to the same credit card used to pay for the order.
- When a package is returned to the company due to refusal of delivery by the recipient we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from the refund due.
- Unauthorized refusal of a package may result in the termination of the account.
